Heat damaged in Salon

Sooooo this one time i went to a salon and decided to get my hair pressed. It was so straight but what I didn’t know is that it got heat damaged in the process. I tried to wash my hair a couple days later and it was as if i got a relaxer. I had to cut all my hair off and start over.
