After having my last child, I noticed my hair was not the same. It was getting thin and dropping. I know that I was on pressure pills and I had to get a root canal.
I swallowed some of the medicine that was used for my dental surgery. My hair was relaxed at the time and I noticed that my daughter had gone natural, my sister and even my sister-in-laws had gone natural. I decided to give it a try.
Me being a newbie at this and I asking my friend who is natural what I should use on my hair. She called of the stuff that she does use and one of the items was RAW COCONUT OIL. Apparently one of the teachers at our kids school, mom made it. So I was like, I would like to purchase one and I got it.
I felt so good using it on my hair Little did I know that it was also BLEACHING my scalp, around my ears, and my forehead I went to get my hair braided and my hairdresser, was you scalp is very white.
I smiled and I was wondering what in the world was going on. The only thing I am using is the Coconut oil and it was literally changing my skin color.
Fast forward, it took me almost a year to get my natural skin color back to normal
