Almost Bald, terrible!

I was a sophomore in college and my mother took my to get my hair professionally died . The color was great until it faded . Now my mother told me to take care of my hair since it’s died ... I was being naive and told her I knew what I was doing .
I ended up dying my hair again on top of the faded color and neglected it for months . Also I was a collegiate athlete who sweats terribly ??.
One day I wanted to do a wash n go on my hair and I noticed the crown of my head was severely damaged. My hair was breaking off and I had to walk around with red hair and a black thinned out spot in the crown of my head . That summer I had to cut off all my hair to even out the breakage in that area
