If you feel that the curl pattern you received is COMPLETELY different from the curl pattern of your own hair, please email [email protected] ASAP, and keep the hair EXACTLY THE WAY IT CAME. This means the hair extensions have NOT been brushed out, combed with your fingers, washed, installed, colored, or bleached. The ties have NOT been cut. We cannot do return or exchanges on hair that has been altered in any form. No exceptions.
(3)Please do remember to co-wash the hair before your first install to reduce tangling.

Actually the capsize only depends on your head measurements.And the length depends on what look you need. Over shoulder or not.
And there is a " measurement" word beside the capsize option.

Our hair will experience shrinkage due to the tightness of the curls. It appears to be 45%~ 50% shorter than its actual length, depending on its curl pattern.
If you are still not sure, you can send us a picture of your wig via emial, and our staff will check it for you.

Yes, the "Curls Always Poppin" wig is not prepared and requires a 15 business day processing/production time.
Once shipped, please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order.
We also offer expediting order service on wig orders which will need to pay extra $20. After we receive your expediting fee, your order will be finished within 7-10 business days and you will need another 5-7 business days to receive it.

Thank for asking.Lace closure wig is hand & machine tied and it is in 150% density.Full laca wig is hand-tied and it is in 130% density. Also, the lace in the frontal of the wig will be bigger than lace closure. That means you will have bigger area for parting.
So if you want higer density, you can choose lace cosure wig. And if you want free parting, you can choose full lace wig.

I'm sorry to tell you we can't provide dyeing the hair into grey service.
Our hair is mostly 100% human virgin black hair.
If we dye it into light color, we will bleach the hair and dye the color on it.
After that, the hair may suffer hair loss and loss of curl pattern.
Therefore, we don't offer too light color service and I hope you can understand it.
