2. Do you offer any discounts?          

At the moment, we do not have any ongoing discounts or sales.

3. Do you offer a wholesale program or distributorship?

4. How can I track my order?          

After placing an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming your order has been processed. When your hair is shipped out, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (The email may go into your spam box, please check it carefully). If you have any additional questions, please contact our customer service team.

1. What is 3B/3C-4A/ 4B-4C?                   

3B has a medium amount of curls, ranging from bouncy ringlets (spiral like curls of hair) to tight corkscrews (spiral-shaped corkscrew curls).
3C has tight curls in corkscrews. The curls are very tight and fine in texture.
4A has an “S” pattern when stretched. The curl pattern is more defined.
4B has a less defined curl pattern, like the letter “Z”.
4C is very tightly coiled and thick.

2. How to choose a hair texture?       

To make sure you are getting the hair texture that most accurately matches your hair, we recommend you order a sample on our website.

3. How to measure the cap size?       

If you order a stock wig, you can only choose size small or size medium for the cap size. Actually, you can compare your own measurements with our standard size of small and medium to see which one is fit you better.


Measure Guide
You should take your measurements carefully. Before you start, pin hair as flat and tight as possible before taking the measurements. This will eliminate bulges that distort head contours.

4. How many bundles do I need for a full head?    

If you need a full head look, we recommend 2 bundles for lengths under 18” and 3 bundles for lengths above 18” of the normal weft or clip with 100g.
One bundle of the glam full head set is also ok for your full head need. The longer, the heavier of the glam full heat set to achieve this goal.
If you only want to add some hair volume and length, it depends on the hair density you want to achieve.

5. Which hair length should I choose?    

IYou can refer to the table on our product web page. Generally our hair will experience shrinkage due to the tightness of the curls. It appears to be 45%~ 50% shorter than its actual length. For instance, 12 inch appears to be 6 inch its kinky state.
Another way is to check pictures of our customers on our product page or Instagram page. Find what hair effect you want and you can see marked length below the pictures.

6. Can the hair be bleached?          

Yes, all the hair on our website can be bleached
However, keep in mind when you color curly hair very light you will suffer hair loss and loss of curl pattern. The same occurs with our natural hair as well because you are removing melanin and proteins from the hair. If you do color the hair, we recommend having a professional do it. We also recommend lifting the color slowly with a lower developer (20). Do not process with a dryer because the heat will help to relax it. Keep in mind that you will need to provide extra care to the hair after bleaching it, such as weekly deep conditioning treatments.

7. Do you offer other color hair? Can I custom order a different color?

es, at the moment we can offer color services. As we all know, coloring will be affected by some factors, such as the temperature, the processing time, the coloring products and so on. Since our color service is totally offered by our professional stylists after you make an order, please understand that the color will be a little different if you make orders separately at different time. The hair you received will be also a little different from our website picture and the hair in Youtube Sponsors’ Videos because of the difference in the light, the filter and the handmade processing.

8. Can I straighten the hair?             

Yes, you can straighten this hair but keep in mind that just like our own natural hair, this hair is also susceptible to heat damage and loss of color pattern. Due to this we do not recommend you straightening your hair.

9. How long does the hair last?          

As our hair is 100% human virgin hair, it will shed and tangle like our own hair. The slight shedding is normal and will not affect your installation.
The life expectancy of the hair is solely dependent on the care and daily routine you provide to your hair. Please avoid chemical harm or heat harm. If the hair is clip in or weft, please seal it before installation. It will help reduce the shedding.
If well maintained, our hair can last 5-6 months for daily installation. If you have a professional stylist help you maintain your hair regularly, it will last more than one year.(we have some customers who have the experience to last our hair more than two years with better maintenance themselves)
Attention:
As the curl of the kinky texture is tightest, you will need more effort to manage it and you will experience more shedding compared to the coily and the curly texture. Please have more patience and time to detangle it gently.
When you wash or detangle the wig product with the lace part, such as the lace closure wig, the lace front wig and the full lace wig, please be gently and carefully to better protect the lace part.

10. What type of hair care products should I use?


For more products, please refer to the information booklet you received with your order.

11. Can I swim or go in the ocean?       

Yes, you can swim with our hair. However, we highly recommend you wear a swim cap to protect salt water from taking all the moisture out of the hair, or it will cause tangling.

12. I have more than one curl pattern, which collection do you recommend?

We recommend using the hair you plan to leave out as a marker for which collection to purchase. Or you can check our multi-textured products here.
Questions Regarding Shipping, Return and Exchange / 7 total questions

1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

At the moment, all orders that in stock are running on a 3-5 business day processing/production time (wigs that out of stock will need about 15- 25 business days). (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days). Once your order is ready you will receive an email notification that it is ready to be shipped.
Once shipped, please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order (U.S. orders and international orders).

Attention:
We will need extra 1-2 business days to color or style it if you order color service or pre-styled products.
Please allow us 7-10 business days to prepare the products out of stock. We will inform you if the product is out of stock. Or we will help you to change your order to match your needs.
We offer expediting order service on wig orders which will need to pay extra $20. After we receive your expediting fee, your order will be finished within 10 business days and you will need another 3-5 business days to receive it. Or we will refund you.

2. What are your shipping rates and delivery time?

We use DHL/FedEx/USPS/TNT/RPX/EMS on all orders. The shipping fee is $10~$25 varying from the products' weight.

The following is the normal delivery time of the orders to different countries:


95% of our packages can be delivered on time. But sometimes, the exact delivery time is affected by the validity of the address you left, the carrier’s distribution network, the local customs inspection, the local weather and so on. A few of the packages will be a little delayed by these factors and I hope you can understand it. If you have a requirement in the delivery time, please leave a message in our special request box or contact us directly.

Attention:
As the DHL and FedEx cannot ship the package to military address or P.O. Box address, please leave your physical address and your phone number when you make an order.
If you only have the military address or P.O. Box address, we can use post office to ship it but need at least 15 business days to receive it. It will be delivered to your mailbox and please pick it up in time to avoid missing it. Please leave a message if you choose EMS Express.
Before checking out, please check carefully if your address is right as the PayPal address will become your default address if you pay with PayPal.

3. Do you ship internationally?          

Yes. We ship worldwide.
Attention:
We use post office to ship package to Brazil which will need at least about one month to deliver.

4. Will you provide a tracking number after shipping?

Yes, once your order is ready you will receive an email notification with shipping info as well as a tracking number. You can track the shipping status with the tracking number on the relative websites. The email may go into your spam box, please check it carefully, too.

5. What is your RETURN POLICY?          

Our team is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and your happiness is our top priority. Each bundle has been examined by one of our natural hair specialists to ensure its quality before being sent to you.

If you feel that the curl pattern you received is COMPLETELY different from the curl pattern of your own hair, please email [email protected] ASAP, and keep the hair EXACTLY THE WAY IT CAME. This means the hair extensions have NOT been brushed out, combed with your fingers, washed, installed, colored, or bleached. The ties have NOT been cut. We cannot do return or exchanges on hair that has been altered in any form. No exceptions.

Within the first 7 days of receipt, please email customer care and one of our customer service representatives will assist with the issue. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without Authorization are not allowed.
You are responsible for all shipping costs (the shipping fee we shipped it out and the shipping fee you will return it). We recommend you get tracking and insurance on your return package. After we receive hair, we will issue return after examination of hair.
For the wig products, you will need to pay $20 for the restocking fee to return.
For ponytail and puff products, you will need to pay $10 for the restocking fee to return.

6. Can I exchange my HGH hair?          

We understand that choosing the best product for you may be difficult without seeing the product face to face, so we are happy to offer a 1 time exchange of your unopened and unused HGH hair for a product of the right length texture within 7 days of receipt. Please email customer care and one of our representatives will assist you with your exchange.

7. Can I exchange or return my custom order?

We can help you to customize the product according to your request but you will need to pay extra cost and wait for at least 30 business days to receive it. As it's only for your request, any exchange and return are not allowed.

1. What forms of payment do you accept?        

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for secure payments and transactions.

When you use credit card to order, your card may be declined by your bank. Please check it with your bank first after you fail to pay and then try again. If you still fail to pay, you can try PayPal.

2. How can I cancel my order?        

Your order can be canceled before it is shipped out. As the processing time of the wefts, the closures and the clip ins is very short, please contact with our customer service for instructions within 12 hours. Or we cannot help you cancel it and only have to help you return it. But for the wig and ponytail, puff orders, please contact us within 12 hours after you receive our confirmation email. Otherwise, you need to pay $20 ($10 for ponytail & puff) for the restocking fee.
