This means the hair extensions have NOT been brushed out, combed with your fingers, washed, installed, colored, or bleached. The ties have NOT been cut. We cannot do return or exchanges on hair that has been altered in any form. No exceptions.

Can you make the wig hair sliver and gray? I am transitioning to gray hair so I have shoulder length curly hair. My hair is gray and sliver from scalp to ear and the rest is natural color (brownish black) can you make this wig like my hair?

I'm sorry to tell you we can't provide dyeing the hair into blonde or gray service.
Our hair is 100% human virgin black hair.
If we dye it into light color, we will bleach the hair and dye the color on it.
After that, the hair may suffer hair loss and loss of curl pattern.
Therefore, we don't offer too light color service and I hope you can understand it.
